4. PRICES & TAXES

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

5. ORDERS & ORDER ACCEPTANCE

When you place an order through our website, you are making a request to purchase the selected products.

All orders are subject to product availability, successful payment and acceptance by HORNBILL & HORNBILL.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit an order where:

  • there is an error in price, product information or website functionality;

  • incorrect or incomplete information has been provided;
  • payment has not been successfully received;
  • a product does not meet our quality standards before dispatch; or

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded through the relevant payment method, subject to applicable law.
6. PAYMENT

Payments on our website are processed through authorised third-party payment service providers, including Razorpay.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

HORNBILL & HORNBILL does not store customers' card details. Payment information is processed by the relevant payment service provider in accordance with its applicable terms and security practices.

We are not responsible for payment failures, transaction declines or delays caused by a bank, card issuer or third-party payment provider, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided by you at the time of purchase.

Any delivery timelines displayed on the website are indicative and may vary due to logistics, weather, public holidays, operational circumstances or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including your name, address and contact details.
